This 31 minute yoga nidra, orginally recorded one of my online yoga nidra classes, is designed for switching off, letting go of anxiety and shifting overwhelm. Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation that facilitates deep rest by over-riding the thinking part of our brains.
