Join in a group class and move and flow (vinyasa/power yoga) or take time to rest and nurture (yin/restorative/mindfulness). Lauren’s group classes are infused with lots of attention to detail and a sprinkling of humour to keep things fun.

In Person Events

Dive deeper into a particular topic and connect with other beautiful souls in person, sharing the experience of yoga, Pilates meditation, food, health and/or more. Lauren creates the setting and space for students to  learn about and nurture themselves in a welcoming and accessible way, regardless of prior experience.

Online Courses

Bringing yoga, Pilates, meditation and more to you in the comfort of your home, no matter where you live. Short courses and videos that are easily accessible and can fit seamlessly into busy or far away lives. With the same attention to detail and level of accessibility regardless of prior experience, these courses and events provide peace, calm and nurture to stressed and busy souls.

 
 

Essential Oils

Essential oils are the concentrated essences of plants, and high quality pure essential oils retain the properties and characteristics of the plant from which they are derived. They can be used to support health, emotions and mood, and to reduce toxic load by swapping them for many common chemical-based household products.
