LGBTQ+ Affirming Practice
I proudly support and affirm LGBTQ+ individuals and relationships, including but not limited to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, and asexual clients. I understand that navigating dating and relationships within these communities may involve unique challenges, and I aim to offer a safe space to explore these without fear of judgment or assumption.
Trauma-Informed Approach
My coaching is trauma-aware and guided by empathy, active listening, and client-led pacing. While I am not a licensed therapist, I respect the role trauma may play in shaping your relationship experiences and am mindful of how to work sensitively with those histories. Where appropriate, I may refer clients to mental health professionals for additional support.
Cultural Sensitivity & Anti-Bias Commitment
I continuously work to examine my own biases and expand my cultural competence. I welcome feedback and am committed to ongoing learning to ensure that my services reflect respect for diverse backgrounds, identities, and values.

If you have specific access needs—whether physical, cognitive, sensory, or emotional—I encourage you to reach out. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments to ensure your coaching experience is fully supportive and inclusive.
Ethical Standards
Confidentiality, consent, and client autonomy are central to my work. I adhere to ethical guidelines appropriate to coaching and will always act in your best interest, including referring you to other professionals when necessary.
