I work with self-aware people who can see their patterns and issues, but can’t figure out how to change them. They overthink, feel disconnected, and feel like they’re watching their lives pass by, rather than actually living. Through somatic coaching and breathwork, I help my clients build a foundational relationship with themselves - this is the most important relationship you’ll have, and the one from which every other relationship flows. Through this process, you end up trusting yourself, feel confident in decision making, become the creator rather than the observer of your life, and transform the relationships in your life: romantic, platonic, familial and work.

Programme Specification

I use somatic coaching to explore and release the patterns which hold us back from love - during my signature 3 month programme, we use movement, breathwork and coaching to discover what’s happening inside to prevent having what you want on the outside.

We meet 3 times per month for about 90 minutes, and I create a bespoke programme for each client to ensure you get the most out of our time together.

Possible topics of exploration include inner child work, familial patterns, stopping the “downward spiral” of overthinking, living from a place of pleasure, supporting your heart, and more.
