For many of us, life right now is difficult and challenging. Most of us don’t know how to deal with the stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions that regularly arise.
Conscious connected breathwork is a powerful way to process difficult emotions, create shift and change on a deeper level, and gain clarity, insight, and calm in our stressful and difficult world.
It is simple (just breathing), accessible* (anyone alive can breathe) and can have profound physical and emotional benefits - think more oxygen, more focus, more freedom, just to name a few.
For me, this practice has created massive shifts in how I feel and how I relate to the world, and I’m excited to share it with you.
The session will include an introduction to conscious connected breathwork, deep breathing and the optional opportunity to discuss/share your experience with like-minded people. Please ensure you are in a place where you can lie down and be comfortable, and have some tissues and water to hand.
