Breathwork is a specific way of breathing that enables the body to reset, heal, and release anything that it no longer needs (does anybody actually enjoy carrying around emotional baggage?).

It is simple (just breathing), accessible* (anyone alive can breathe) and can have profound physical and emotional benefits - think more oxygen, more focus, more freedom, just to name a few.

Previous clients have said that they feel calmer, have had reduced anxiety, released tension from their body, gained clarity on specific decisions and life events, and generally just felt good afterwards.

For me, this practice has created massive shifts in how I feel and how I relate to the world, and I’m excited to share it with you.

*By purchasing this block of sessions, you agree and understand that yoga and breathwork includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. If at any time during the session, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out. You may rest at any time during the class. As is the case with any physical practice, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you agree to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.

These practices are not recommended under certain medical conditions, and a physician should be consulted prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga/breathwork.
