This 25 minute yoga nidra, orginally recorded at one of my online Nidra classes, allows us to rest and see ourselves and our lives from different perspectives. Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation that facilitates deep rest by over-riding the thinking part of our brains. It provides the opportunity for restoration, and can be used to aid sleep, provide relaxation, or give you a chance to slow down whenever needed.
