As a 500+ hour trained yoga teacher, meditation teacher and Pilates instructor, Lauren also offers bespoke sessions for movement, focus, and wellbeing.
Lauren's approach is focused on the client, the unique capabilities of each person's body, and making the session(s) work for the individual, rather than the other way around.
It is simple (just breathing), accessible* (anyone alive can breathe) and can have profound physical and emotional benefits - think more oxygen, more focus, more freedom, just to name a few.
Previous clients have said that they feel calmer, have had reduced anxiety, released tension from their body, gained clarity on specific decisions and life events, and generally just felt good afterwards.

Lauren works with individuals or groups, and also offers corporate classes and workshops for movement, breathing, stress reduction, relaxation and workplace wellbeing.
All sessions include a separate consultation to ensure that the session meets the needs of participants, and sessions are bespoke for the client.
